Business Collaboration Agreement with NuScale Power
[Mediapen=Na Gwang-ho] Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction(DHIC) signed a Business Collaboration Agreement with NuScale Power(NuScale), the leading USA SMR(Small Modular Reactor) company for supply of nuclear reactor modules and other equipments.

With this agreement, DHIC plans to extend its business field to the global nuclear market. They expect the contract amount for equipment supply to be at least USD 1.2billion.

To strengthen strategic cooperation, DHIC will buy a stake in NuScale Power with Korean investors including IBK Securities. They plan to invest $40 million by end of this year.
