[Mediapen=Lee Dong-eun] American consumers chose LG home appliances best in industry for product quality and value.

According to the 2019 American Customer Satisfaction Index(ACSI) rating, US consumers rated LG home appliances No.1 in overall customer satisfaction with 82 points.

The ACSI uses its science-based, proprietary methodology to analyze customer satisfaction for 10 economic sectors and 46 key industries. They measure the satisfaction of US household consumers with the quality of products and services offered by both foreign and domestic firms with significant US market share.

LG also received top rankings in J.D. Power customer satisfaction three years in a row. In the 2019 J.D. Power rankings, LG ranked highest in customer satisfaction for dishwashers, French-door refrigerators, side-by-side refrigerators top-mount freezers and two-door refrigerators.

The comprehensive J.D. Power 2019 Kitchen Appliance Satisfaction Study shows that LG refrigerators achieved the highest score in the following factors: performance, reliability, features, styling and appearance.
