[미르의 글로벌 레이더]아부다비 프리사이트, ‘AI 액셀러레이터’ 12개사 발표…韓 혁신스타트업 4개사 포함

[미디어펜=편집국]아랍에미리트(UAE) 아부다비의 인공지능(AI)·빅데이터 분석 대기업인 프리사이트가 전세계 혁신 기술기업을 자사 생태계에 유입시키기 위한 'AI 액셀러레이터 프로그램' 2기 참여 기업 12개사를 최종 선정해 발표했다.

25일(현지시간) 중동 금융매체인 ‘자우야’에 따르면, 전세계 62개국에서 접수된 376개의 인공지능 소프트웨어 제안서 중 엄격한 기술·재무 심사를 거쳐 최종 12개사 모델이 낙점됐다. 

이번 프로그램에 최종 선발된 상위 기술후보군(33개사 기준)의 합산 기업가치가 이미 21억 달러(한화 2조9000억원)를 돌파했으며, 삼성벤처투자와 LG 등 한국 거대 자본이 주요 주주로 참여하고 있다.

이번 아부다비 정부 산하 AI 생태계 진입에 성공한 최종 12개사 중 무려 4개사가 대한민국의 혁신 스타트업으로 채워지며, 국산 지능형 인프라의 글로벌 경쟁력을 입증했다.

우선 에임인텔리전스는 인공지능의 보안 방어선을 구축하는 기업이다. 거대 언어모델(LLM)의 취약점을 선제 타격해 해킹을 막는 '레드팀' 솔루션 및 실시간 보안장벽기술을 개발해 정부 기관과 기업에 조달한다.

에이아이트릭스는 병원 내부 환자의 생체신호 데이터 수율을 실시간으로 추적·분석해 심정지나 패혈증 등 급격한 증상악화를 사전에 예측하는 임상의료AI 장비를 개발한다.

디토닉은 스마트 시티, 국방, 유통 마켓에 필수적인 시공간 데이터 변환플랫폼을 공급하며 실시간 운영인프라 구축능력을 검증받았다.

망고부스트는 서울대 교수진 등이 설립, 한국과 미국에서 동시에 가동 중인 데이터가속장치(DPU) 개발사다. AI 데이터센터의 연산효율수율을 극대화하고 하드웨어 병목현상을 해결해 주는 핵심 기술자산을 소유하고 있다.

Out of the final 12 companies succeeding in entering this AI ecosystem under the Abu Dhabi government, four are filled by innovative South Korean startups, verifying the global competitiveness of domestic intelligent infrastructure.

First, AIM Intelligence is an enterprise that builds security defense lines for artificial intelligence. It develops 'Red Teaming' solutions that proactively strike vulnerabilities in large language models (LLMs) to prevent hacking, alongside runtime guardrail technologies, procuring them for government agencies and corporate enterprises.

AITRICS develops clinical medical AI systems that track and analyze patient vital signs data inside hospitals in real-time to predict abrupt clinical deteriorations, such as cardiac arrest or sepsis, ahead of occurrence.

Dtonic has verified its operational infrastructure deployment capabilities by supplying an AI-powered data platform that transforms spatio-temporal and physical-world data into real-time operational intelligence for smart cities, defense, and retail markets.

MangoBoost is a data processing unit (DPU) developer established by Seoul National University faculty and operates simultaneously across South Korea and the United States. It owns core technological assets that maximize computational efficiency yields in AI data centers and resolve hardware processing bottlenecks.

프리사이트는 아부다비 증권거래소(ADX)에 상장된 거대 공공기업으로, 중동 최대 AI지주사인 'G42'그룹의 핵심 계열사다.

선발된 12개 혁신 기업은 기술 멘토링뿐 아니라, 프리사이트의 자체 벤처캐피탈(VC) 자금으로부터 직접적인 지분투자를 받을 수 있게 됐다. 

토마스 프리사이트 CEO는 "글로벌 혁신가를 아부다비 공급망으로 유입시켜 UAE를 세계 인공지능 무대의 중심으로 키울 것"이라고 밝혔다.

한국 스타트업들은 중동의 풍부한 외화 자본을 바탕으로 미국과 유럽을 잇는 독점적 글로벌 유통망에 진입하게 됐으며, 향후 고부가가치AI 라이선스 부문의 장기 매출을 보장받게됐다.

Presight is a major public enterprise listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and serves as a core subsidiary of 'G42' Group, the largest AI holding conglomerate in the Middle East.

The 12 selected innovative enterprises will receive not only technological mentoring but also the opportunity to secure direct equity investment infusions from Presight’s independent venture capital (VC) funds. 

Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight, stated, "By attracting leading AI innovators from around the world to Abu Dhabi, we will strengthen the AI ecosystem and position the UAE as the home of applied and sovereign AI". 

Backed by the rich foreign-currency capital of the Middle East, South Korean startups have gained entry pathways into exclusive global distribution channels connecting the United States and Europe, securing a solid framework for long-term recurring revenues within high-value-added AI licensing sectors.
