회동에는 HL만도 미주지역 CEO 제이슨 김, 브라질법인 경영진 한세민, 만도 아메리카스의 김은성 등 주요 관계자들이 참석했다. 시정부에서는 파비아누 단드레아 부시장과 경제개발·환경 관련 부서 책임자들이 참석했다.

Participants included Jason Kim, HL Mando's Americas CEO; Semin Han, an executive of its Brazilian operation; and Eunsung Kim of Mando Americas. The municipal delegation was led by Vice Mayor Fabiano D'Andrea and included officials responsible for economic development and environmental affairs.

The meeting is significant because HL Mando already operates in Limeira and is examining conditions for further expansion of its local operations. However, neither side announced a finalized investment decision or a contract to expand the factory.

An expansion would require detailed plans covering investment amounts, production equipment and staffing. None of those figures was disclosed in the local reporting on the September meeting.

Important indicators of progress will include a formal investment announcement, decisions on production equipment, local permits and incentive approvals, and any actual construction or increase in output.

For now, the verified development is that HL Mando's Americas executives met with the municipal government of Limeira to discuss the possibility of expanding the company's existing production base.
