[미디어펜=편집국]국내 로봇 전문기업 로보티즈가 우즈베키스탄에 구축하는 로봇 생산공장 신축사업에 대운건설과 대보건설의 공사 수주 내역이 등록된 것으로 나타났다.

6일 한국플랜트산업협회 프로젝트 정보은행의 해외 프로젝트 자료에 따르면 대운건설과 대보건설은 'ROBOTIS FE LLC 공장 신축공사'를 각각 수주한 기업으로 기재됐다.

등록된 계약금액은 대운건설 941만3000달러, 대보건설 535만3000달러다. 두 계약의 수주일은 모두 올해 9월 1일로 표시돼 있다.

사업명에 등장하는 ROBOTIS FE LLC는 로보티즈의 우즈베키스탄 현지 자회사다. 로보티즈의 분기보고서에도 해당 법인이 종속기업으로 기재됐다.

이번 수주 내역은 기존에 알려진 로보티즈의 우즈베키스탄 생산시설 투자와 관련, 국내 건설사들의 구체적인 공사 참여 규모를 보여준다는 점에서 주목된다.

Two South Korean construction companies, Daewoon Construction and Daebo Construction, have been listed as contractors for a factory construction project involving ROBOTIS FE LLC, the Uzbekistan subsidiary of South Korean robotics company ROBOTIS.

According to overseas project records maintained by the Korea Plant Industries Association, Daewoon Construction was listed with a contract value of $9.413 million, while Daebo Construction was listed with $5.353 million.

Both entries carry a recorded award date of September 1, 2026.

ROBOTIS FE LLC is identified as a subsidiary in ROBOTIS's corporate filings. The contract records provide additional details about Korean construction companies participating in the robotics manufacturer's overseas production expansion.

다만 공개된 등록자료만으로는 두 건설사가 각각 어떤 공종을 수행하는지, 원도급과 하도급 가운데 어떤 계약관계에 있는지는 확인되지 않는다.

두 계약금액의 중복 여부도 확인되지 않아 전체 공사 수주액은 별도로 산정하지 않았다.

두 회사는 앞서 우즈베키스탄의 '이스트 텔레콤 유누사바드(East Telecom Yunusabad) 데이터센터 3층 확장공사'에도 수주기업으로 등록된 이력이 있다.

로보티즈는 로봇 관절의 움직임을 제어하는 액추에이터 '다이나믹셀'을 주력 제품으로 생산하는 국내 로봇기업이다.

로보티즈는 지난 1월 26일 공시에서 우즈베키스탄 현지법인 설립을 통한 생산시설 구축과 사업 경쟁력 강화를 위해 293억6800만원을 출자하기로 했다고 밝혔다.

공시에는 현지법인의 주요 사업을 로봇 및 로봇 부품 제조·판매로 명시했으며, 출자 후 지분율은 100%로 제시했다.

이후 로보티즈는 타슈켄트 지역에 생산거점 구축을 추진해 왔다.

우즈베키스탄 공장은 로보티즈가 글로벌 로봇 시장의 수요 증가에 대응하기 위해 생산능력을 확대하는 주요 거점으로 꼽힌다.

ROBOTIS is a South Korean robotics manufacturer best known for DYNAMIXEL, its actuator product line used to control robotic joints and motion.

In a regulatory filing dated January 26, the company announced an investment of KRW 29.368 billion to establish production facilities in Uzbekistan and strengthen its business competitiveness.

The filing identified robot and robotic component manufacturing and sales as the subsidiary's main activities and stated that ROBOTIS would hold a 100% ownership stake.

The company has since pursued the development of a manufacturing base in the Tashkent area.

The Uzbekistan project forms part of ROBOTIS's efforts to expand production capacity as demand for robotics components grows.
