[미디어펜=편집국]국내 산업용 가열로 전문기업 제이엔케이글로벌이 인도 관계사 제이엔케이 인디아(JNK India)에 나이지리아 플랜트 프로젝트용 가열설비 패키지를 발주했다. 계약은 인도 현지 기준으로 30억~60억 루피(약 425억~849억원)에 해당하는 대형 계약등급으로 분류됐다.

4일 인도 증권거래소에 따르면 제이엔케이 인디아는 지난 3일 국내 제이엔케이글로벌로부터 나이지리아 프로젝트에 투입될 가열설비 패키지의 설계·엔지니어링·공급·운송 계약을 수주했다고 공시했다.

이번 계약은 국내 기업이 해외 관계사에 플랜트 핵심 설비의 제작과 공급 업무를 맡기는 구조다. 국내 본사가 해외 프로젝트를 확보하고 인도 관계사가 설계와 공급 업무를 수행하는 글로벌 분업체계가 주목된다.

제이엔케이 인디아는 이번 계약을 'Major' 등급으로 분류했다. 인도 증권거래소 공시 기준으로 해당 등급은 30억~60억 루피(약 425억~849억원) 규모다. 정확한 개별 계약금액은 공개되지 않았다.

South Korea's JNK Global has awarded a heater package contract for a project in Nigeria to its Indian affiliate, JNK India Limited.

According to a filing submitted to Indian stock exchanges on November 3, the contract covers design, engineering, supply and transportation of industrial heating equipment.

JNK India classified the order as a “Major” contract, representing a value range of INR 3 billion to INR 6 billion, equivalent to approximately KRW 42.5 billion to KRW 84.9 billion.

The exact contract value was not disclosed. Delivery under free-on-board terms is scheduled within 18 months.

제이엔케이 인디아가 3일 인도 증권거래소에 제출한 공시에 따르면 계약 발주자는 국내 제이엔케이글로벌이며 수주자는 제이엔케이 인디아다.

공급 대상은 나이지리아에서 추진되는 해외 프로젝트용 산업용 가열설비 패키지다.

제이엔케이 인디아는 설계와 엔지니어링, 설비 공급, 운송 업무를 수행한다. 납품기간은 FOB(본선인도조건) 기준 18개월이다.

이번 계약은 일반적인 외부 고객과의 거래가 아닌 관계사 간 계약이다. 제이엔케이글로벌은 제이엔케이 인디아의 주요 주주에 해당하며, 인도 회사는 이번 거래가 특수관계자 거래에 해당한다고 공시했다.

제이엔케이 인디아는 이번 계약이 독립기업간 거래조건에 준하는 방식으로 체결됐다고 밝혔다.

제이엔케이 인디아는 산업용 가열로와 개질기, 분해로 등 정유·석유화학 플랜트에 사용되는 가열설비를 주력으로 생산하는 기업이다.

국내 제이엔케이글로벌과 해외 플랜트 프로젝트에서 설계·제작·공급 업무를 협력해 온 관계다.

JNK India disclosed that the contract was awarded by South Korea-based JNK Global Co., Ltd. on November 3.

The order covers the design, engineering, supply and transportation of an industrial heater package for a project in Nigeria.

Delivery is scheduled within 18 months under free-on-board terms.

JNK Global is one of JNK India's promoters, and the contract is classified as a related-party transaction. The Indian company stated that the transaction was conducted on an arm's-length basis.

JNK India specializes in industrial heating equipment used in refining, petrochemical and other process industries, including fired heaters, reformers and cracking furnaces.

The two companies have previously cooperated on international plant projects.

제이엔케이 인디아는 수주 규모를 'Major'로 표시했다. 회사가 공시한 계약 분류표에 따르면 Major는 30억~60억 루피(약 425억~849억원) 구간이다.

인도 기업이 사용하는 금액 단위인 크로어(crore)는 1000만 루피를 의미한다. 이번 공시의 300~600크로어는 30억~60억 루피에 해당한다.

이번 계약은 설계·엔지니어링부터 공급과 운송까지 포함하는 가열설비 패키지 계약이다.

산업용 가열로는 정유·석유화학 공정에서 원료를 가열하고 필요한 온도를 유지하는 핵심 설비다. 플랜트의 생산공정과 에너지 사용에 직접 연결되는 장비다.

제이엔케이 인디아는 정유와 석유화학, 비료, 수소, 메탄올 등 다양한 산업의 공정 가열설비를 공급하고 있다.

이번 나이지리아 계약 역시 이러한 산업용 가열설비 사업의 해외 공급 실적에 추가된다.

제이엔케이글로벌은 앞서 지난 8월 나이지리아 당고테 정유·석유화학 기업과 1712억5130만원 규모의 산업용 가열로 공급계약을 체결했다.

당시 계약은 당고테 정유공장 2단계 확장사업과 관련된 것으로, 산업용 가열로 9기를 공급하는 내용이다. 계약기간은 2029년 6월까지다.

제이엔케이글로벌은 이 사업에서 외주생산 방식을 활용한다고 공시했다.

이번 인도 관계사 발주 역시 나이지리아 프로젝트를 대상으로 한다는 점에서 국내 본사와 인도 생산·엔지니어링 거점 간 협력구조를 보여준다.

두 회사는 과거에도 나이지리아를 포함한 해외 플랜트 사업에서 협력해 왔다.

JNK India의 기업공개 투자설명서에는 국내 JNK Global과 공동으로 해외 프로젝트를 수행해 온 사업 이력이 소개됐다.

인도 관계사가 가열설비 설계와 공급을 맡고 국내 본사가 해외 프로젝트를 총괄하는 방식은 국제 플랜트 시장에서 생산과 엔지니어링 기능을 분담하는 사업모델로 볼 수 있다.

이번 11월 3일 계약의 최종 프로젝트명은 공시되지 않았다. 당고테 정유공장 2단계 확장사업과의 직접적인 계약 관계는 아직 확인되지 않았다.

JNK Global previously announced a KRW 171.25 billion industrial heater supply contract in August for the expansion of Nigeria's Dangote refinery.

That contract covers nine industrial fired heaters, with the supply period extending to June 2029.

The Korean company disclosed that outsourced production would be used for the project.

The latest order awarded to JNK India also concerns an industrial heating equipment project in Nigeria, highlighting the companies' established cross-border cooperation.

JNK India's initial public offering documents describe previous international project cooperation with JNK Global, including work associated with Nigeria's refining sector.

The November 3 filing does not identify the end customer or the specific project name. A direct contractual link between the latest Indian order and the Dangote refinery expansion has not been established.
